Tour Operator Buses (coaches) Accreditation Procedures for Sponsor Transportation 
All couches must undergo the accreditation procedure, following which, Boryspil Airport issues appropriate permits. If the permit is absent, airport authorities will not allow coaches to the parking and loading/unloading zones on the territory of the airport.
Accreditation procedure will begin May 5th 2018 and last until May 18th 2018. To receive accreditation, individuals and legal entities, through event organizers or individually, must submit an official letter addressed to Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise (via ground mail and/or send a scanned copy to [email protected]); it must include all the required information and a corresponding application form, as well as the documents to confirm their work as the transportation service for the participants and organizers of the final match of the UEFA Champions League.
The accreditation cost for one coach (minibus or a bus with over 16 seats) for the period of the final match of the UEFA Champions League in 2018 with the possibility of unlimited entry is 1,500.00 UAH (VAT included).
Following the accreditation procedure, Boryspil International Airport, at its discretion, designates each accredited vehicle with a corresponding permit and, upon the end of the accreditation period, sends these permits directly to the representative of the carrier.
