In August Boryspil International Airport serviced 1,251,316 passengers

In August Boryspil International Airport serviced 1,251,316 passengers. That includes 827 556 passengers of scheduled flights, 423 760 passengers of unscheduled flights.

At the same time for the eight months of 2021 we had serviced 5,816,254 passengers, those are 3,339,622 passengers of scheduled flights, 2,476,632 passengers of unscheduled flights.

Comparing to the same period of 2020 the number of passengers increased by 66%.

The most popular international routes for KBP passengers were countries opened for Ukrainians, namely Turkey, Egypt and Greece.

Thus in general, the share of air travelers to these countries amounted to 46 % of the total amount of passengers departed from Boryspil Airport. At the same time, the majority of passengers were travelling to following destinations:

• Antalya;
• Sharm El Sheikh;
• Istanbul;
• Hurghada;
• Dalaman;
• Tivat;
• Amsterdam;
• Bodrum;
• Tel Aviv;
• Heraklion.
