1. Baggage check-in

All baggage, including hand baggage, must be presented to the handling company staff at the check-in desks. Baggage, accepted by the airline for transportation, is marked with a special baggage tag.

After baggage check-in the airline representative must give you baggage identification tag for baggage identification at the airport of arrival.

Before check-in it’s preferably to wrap the baggage and lock it. Valuables, business papers, medicine, jewellery are recommended to carry in the hand baggage.

  2. In case you overlimit the Airline free baggage allowance or plan transportation of fragile or oversize baggage (e.g. bicycle, surfing board, snowboard, ski or big size musical instruments, carpets etc.), you will have to pay an additional charge and check-in this baggage before the check-in for a flight.

  4. Before your baggage check-in, please remove all the tags and bars left from the previous travels as they can lead to baggage mishandling.
  5. To avoid baggage holdup or loss we recommend you to label it with the contact info (name, phone number, address).
  6. Valuable items, cash, travel documents, vital items (such as medicine, prescriptions etc.), fragile items are recommended to transport in the hand luggage.
