Lost & Found
Dear passengers, please be advised that Lost&Found department operates in Terminal D.
In case you lost or left any personal belongings within the airport terminals or aboard the aircraft, please contact +38 (044) 281 71 25 or apply directly to the Lost&Found department, on the first floor of Terminal D.
Please be advised that there is a separate Lost&Found service desk directly at the baggage reclaim area of Terminal D providing help in case of baggage loss.
Attention! Lost&Found department does not accept food and drinks.
We also inform you that as of 01.08.2019 the price for arrangement and storage of the found belongings at Lost&Found department will amount to UAH 330 with VAT per one article unit for each day of the whole period of storage.
Please notice that the storage during the first 24 hours after acceptance by the Lost&Found department is free of charge.
The payment can be arranged either directly at the Lost&Found department (in cash or by payment card) or via transfer to Boryspil IA SE account using the banking details mentioned below.

Payment purpose: arrangement and storage of the found belongings at the Lost&Found department.
To retrieve the found belongings you should pay for the service, fill in the form of application for the retrieval of found belongigns and submit it to the Lost&Found department, or send the application for with the confirmation of payment to email@example.com.
Optionally, passenger can retrieve their lost belongings via courier delivery service «Nova Poshta» after the arrangement of prepayment for the arrangement and storage services to the abovementioned banking details. To do so, it is also required to send the application form for the retrieval of the found belongigns and payment confirmation to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
