At Boryspil International Airport laid a memorial stone to the victims of the crash in Iran

On Monday, February 17, a public garden with the memorial stone was opened at Boryspil International Airport in memory of victims killed on January 8, 2020 aboard the Ukraine International Airlines Boeing-737 aircraft.
The ceremony was attended by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov, Director General of Boryspil Airport Pavlo Riabikin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Boryspil International Airport Volodymyr Zhmak, UIA President Evgenii Dykhne, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Pristayko.
The memorial ceremony was attended by families and relatives of the victims, ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic missions of Canada, Iran, Sweden, the UK and Afghanistan, employees of the Boryspil airport and caring citizens.
During the ceremony, a capsule was laid for the future memorial to the victims of the aircrash aboard the UIA aircraft in Iran. Soil with particles from the crash site is put inside the capsule. It was laid by A. Danilov and V. Pristaiko.
