Boryspil International Airport Operations Under Severe Weather Events

Today, December 11, 2020, Boryspil International Airport serves all scheduled arrival / departure flights.

“Difficult weather conditions still remain, but the airport is maintained in good condition. The special vehicles worked all night and continue to work now. The runway is operational, the coefficient of adhesion is within the norm.” – said Oleh Struk, Acting Director General of Boryspil International Airport.

Yesterday, due to severe weather events, the commanders of six aircrafts decided to land at their reserve airfields and the Belavia flight returned to the airport of departure, to Minsk.
