BORYSPIL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SETS A PATTERN OF AN EXEMPLARY RESCUE TRAINING

Boryspil International Airport SE Emergency and Fire-rescue Department gained an undisputable victory in the field-oriented competition among Boryspil city fire-rescue units. The Airport unit demonstrated such an example of professionalism and efficiency this June in the context of “City scale review contest and fire-rescue units of local civil protection facilities competition”.

According to the results of the competition, the Airport Emergency and Fire-rescue Department hit the gold in all competition kinds, such as:

  • Fire-fighter relay race,
  • Vehicle “field deployment”,
  • Best vehicle condition.

As being victorious in particular kinds of competitions, Boryspil IA SE team eventually gained the first team place in the city scale review. An exemplary level of training of the Emergency and Fire-rescue Department was highly praised – the winners were awarded Boryspil City Council Executive Committee honorable certificates. Boryspil Airport personnel showed an example of a high professionalism and team spirit, in the lead of the Head of Emergency and Fire-rescue Department Vasyl Dremliuga and his Deputy Oleksandr Gritsay.
