Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise CEO Resigns His Position

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise CEO Pavlo Riabikin abandons his position, which he has held since March 23, 2017.
The decision to leave the position was made in connection with the winning in the competition and appointment as the Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
‘The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved my candidacy for the position of the Head of the State Customs Service. I am leaving Boryspil International Airport, but I am happy that I can address the staff, starting with the word ‘Friends’. I am sure that the crisis will pass and coordinated teamwork will move forward towards the Airport development. Working at the enterprise with a great and distinguished history was a big responsibility and honour for me. The Airport has become invaluable experience and I will always, regardless of my position, support the company and team. I appreciate every employee of the Airport for our joint result”, Pavlo Ryabikin noted.
Thanks to the efforts of Pavlo Ryabikin, a number of infrastructural projects were implemented: multilevel parking, transfer zone, bus gates etc. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Concept of Boryspil International Airport Development for the period till 2045. Moreover, in the past 2019, the record financial results and passenger traffic – 15.26 million passengers were achieved.
The staff of the enterprise sincerely thanks Pavlo Riabikin for the positive efforts and active participation in the development of Boryspil Airport and wishes him success in the new activities.
Until the appointment of a new CEO, Oleg Struk, the Deputy Director General for Engineering and Technical Support and HR Development – Branch Director will be Acting CEO of Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise.
