Boryspil International Airport took part in the round table “Exchanging Experience in Managing Conflicts of Interest in the Private and Public Sectors”

On May 7, 2025, the Head of the Anti-Corruption Work, Compliance and Financial Control Unit took part in the round table “Exchanging Experience in Managing Conflicts of Interest in the Private and Public Sectors”, organized by The Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. The event brought together compliance specialists from leading private sector companies, anti-corruption activities, lawyers and managers from various sectors.The participants discussed practical aspects of conflict of interest management, exchanged experience in organizing internal processes for preventing and identifying potential conflicts, and also considered typical mistakes, response algorithms and legal consequences of violating relevant requirements.The participation of the Head of the Anti-Corruption Work, Compliance and Financial Control Unit in this format of dialogue allowed to get acquainted with the approaches of leading Ukrainian companies to managing conflicts of interest, as well as to present practices implemented in the public sector. This helps to build a shared ethic of transparency, strengthen trust in organizations, and raise standards of integrity.
