20 March 2018

On March 26th, 2018 “Boryspil” International Airport will be celebrating the renewal of direct flights to Zurich. The partnership with Swiss International Air Lines will allow Ukrainians to travel to Switzerland four times a week – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

An important press conference will take place in light of the largest air carrier of Switzerland returning to “Boryspil”. The press-event will be attended by the general representative of SWISS airlines in Ukraine, Mr. Rene Koinzack, The Embassy of Switzerland representative in Ukraine, Mr. Guillaume Scheurer, General Director of the Boryspil State Enterprise, Pavlo Ryabikin, and Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Volodymyr Omelyan.

Before the press conference, the guests will be greeted by a mini buffet. After the official part, a ceremonial meeting of the aircraft A320 with a traditional water rainbow will take place. Due to the time limitation, only the first 30 registered guests will have the opportunity to board the SWISS airline A320 aircraft. The rest of the participants will be responsible for the “photo shoot” of the plane at the airside.

We invite all those who wish to join our event to the main information desk located on the 3rd floor of the terminal D precisely at 13:20. The press conference will start at 14:15 at the Gate 11.
To pass through to the restricted area, all guests must have their passports on them.

Due to the need in receiving permits for entering the restricted area before the weekend, following the accreditation, a period of 24 hours is needed for registration of the documents. To confirm your participation, please send a scan copy of your passport’s first page to [email protected] before 11:00 am on March 23rd, 2018.
