16 September 2022

The Airports Council International (ACI World) invited the representatives of Boryspil International Airport to attend the fourth annual ACI Customer Experience Global Summit. The Summit was held from September 13 to 15, 2022 in Krakow, Poland.

“Representatives of European and world aviation were, first of all, interested in the plan for the post-war recovery of operation and passenger traffic of the main air gateway of Ukraine – Boryspil International Airport.” The Summit hosted important discussions regarding the loss of efficiency of the usual business model in the storm of changes and the new opportunities rising in one of the most transformative times in the history of mankind, of the crisis being a new norm and how we respond to them,” shared Oleksiy Dubrevskyy, Director General of Boryspil International Airport.

Altogether, this Summit`s theme was Re/Humanizing the Airport Experience. Members of the ASQ program (Airport Service Quality) shared their best practices during the exclusive ASQ Customer Experience Forum. Boryspil International Airport considers it vital to receive and adopt the customer focus experience, already tested and implemented by leading international airports in Europe and the world. We will be able to implement the best customer services at our airport as soon as we resume handling passengers and airlines.
“We do not lose contact with the European and world aviation industry representatives. It is of paramount importance for us to monitor the situation on the air transportation market, to study new trends in passenger service so that in the future, passenger servicing quality at Boryspil Airport does not fall behind the leading European airports,” added Oleksiy Dubrevskyy.

Airports Council International (ACI) is the world’s airport trade association, established in 1991 to promote cooperation between airport members and other global aviation partners, including the International Civil Aviation Organization, the International Air Transport Association, and the Civil Air Navigation Services Organization.
