Over one million passengers by the results Boryspil Airport operation in October

In October 2021, Boryspil International Airport handled 1 031 111 passengers (that includes 653 540 passengers of scheduled flights and 377 571 passengers of unscheduled flights).
In October 2019, Boryspil Airport handled 1 445 800 passengers (1 034 921 passengers of scheduled flights and 410 912 passengers of unscheduled flights).

Comparing to the pre-crisis performance during October 2019, the passenger flow restoration rate has reached 71%.

For the period of ten months 2021, Airport welcomed 8 008 050 passengers. For the same period of 2019, 13 069 300 passengers departed and arrived from/to the Airport. So, comparing to the pre-crisis results the number of passengers has restored by 61%.

The top three international destinations chosen by KBP passengers in October are: Turkey, Egypt and Germany.
Thus, in total, the part of air travelers to these countries amounts to 51% from the overall number of passengers departed from Boryspil Airport.
Meanwhile, the top ten routes by the passenger flow are: Antalya, Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada, Istanbul, Amsterdam, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Ankara and Vienna.

Let us remind you that by the results of 9 months 2021 the net profit of the Airport amounted to UAH 189 million. Which is by UAH 422 million more than the planned performance indicators and by UAH 1,04 billion more comparing to the same period of the previous year.
