Parking Inspection operates at Boryspil Airport

On Friday, August 28, 2020, at the Boryspil International Airport, a parking inspection started its operation, which is a joint initiative of the Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise and the Village Council of Hora village. Inspectors, as well as employees of the National Police, will record violations of the regulations on stopping, placing, parking via photo and video, on ​​the territory of the Airport.

They are entitled to: consider cases of administrative offenses as per Part One, Three and Six of Article 122, Part One, Two and Eight of Article 1521 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and imposing of administrative penalties.

As of today, the inspectors carry out the explanatory works with the drivers and distribute reminder blanks containing a warning that if a vehicle stops with clear signs of an administrative offense, the inspectors will apply penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

Penalties are imposed for:

  • violation of the regulations for stopping, placing vehicles (Part One, Three and Six of the Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses)
  • violation of the regulations for parking vehicles (Part One, Two and Eight of the Article 1521 of the Code of Administrative Offenses)

We advise drivers to comply with the Traffic Rules and Parking Regulations, recommend stopping and placing vehicles within permitted areas and using parking lots within the Airport, each of which provides a certain period of free of charge parking.
