The physicians of Boryspil International Airport got trained in civil-military tactical medicine

32 physicians of Boryspil International Airport took training and received certificates of the Civil-military tactical medicine: features of providing assistance with gunshot and mine-explosive injuries course.

Due to this course, Airport physicians acquired new knowledge and skills, gained special expertise in providing emergency medical care to victims of explosions at the pre-hospital stage. The course was practicing the rules for inspecting the incident scene, working out the algorithms of actions in the case of a numerous victims, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, stopping massive bleeding, peculiarities of providing medical aid for various types of injuries, rules for transporting victims.

The training was conducted by specialists of the Boryspil Municipal Center of Primary Health Care. Afterwards the Airport physicians were issued appropriate certificates resulting the training course.
