Scheduled Flights Restart. Memo: What Passengers Need to Know and Do

The Airport has always been a place of enhanced security and since the beginning of the quarantine, caused by COVID-19, some operating procedures have been forcibly changed and security measures additionally increased for maximum protection of passengers and the Airport employees. These measures were sufficient for special and cargo flights handling. But with the scheduled flights restart Boryspil Airport is further amending passenger handling technologies, in particular: organization of mandatory travel formalities, stay in the air terminal complex, as well as organization of internal procedures of the Airport and partners operation, working onsite the Airport.

All current developments were prepared and implemented according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), Airports Council International (ACI), State Aviation Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.

Under the new current circumstances passengers should be more responsible and prepared for the travel more carefully than before. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to become familiar beforehand with the rules of the airports of departure and arrival, as well as the rules for crossing the border and requirements for stay in the country of arrival.

!!! Please read carefully the new rules and note that from June 14, 2020 all Boryspil International Airport flights will be handled in Terminal D.
