SkyUp flights are scheduled

12 June 2019

Under the Baryshevsky District Court decision on the suspension of the SkyUp Airlines license, Boryspil International Airport informs of the following.

To date SkyUp Airlines flights are being operated from Terminal F in full accordance with the schedule. We advise passengers to remain calm and arrive at the airport in advance.

“Regarding the situation with the Baryshevsky District Court decision, the airport prepared an appeal to the State Aviation Service of Ukraine with a request to provide explanations regarding our further actions. Now this order hasn’t entered into legal force, in connection with the filing of SkyUp Airlines appeal against the court of first instance” – commented on the situation the first deputy general director of Boryspil International Airport Yevhenii Dykhne.

According to SkyUp Airlines press service communique, this order “has no legal basis. In addition, the court of this instance didn’t have the right to issue the order on the suspension of the license for the right to carry out economic activities for the transport of passengers by air, as the regulators in the field of air transportation are the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine”.
