More than a thousand aviation specialists were trained at Boryspil Airport Training Centres in the last six months

In the first half of 2025, initial, refreshing and upgrading courses were held for 1190 specialists, of which 1006 were airport employees and 184 were representatives of other companies, such as Antonov JSC, Ukraine State Aviation Enterprise ‘’, ‘Lviv International Airport’ SE, ‘Chernivtsi International Airport’ ME, ‘Zhulyany International Airport’ ME, ‘Wind Rose Airlines’ LLC and others.62 courses and a Crisis Management Workshop under the auspices of ICAO were conducted at the ICAO Aviation Safety Training Centre.
The Ground Handling Training Centre provided courses on key topics like flight safety management, regulations for the transportation of animals and dangerous goods, baggage sorting, aircraft loading, etc. All participants were certified according to the standardised format.
In the second quarter, 550 aviation security officers were trained on CASRA simulators using the X-RAY TUTOR 5 software package.
Systematic personnel training and implementation of the latest practices is Boryspil Airport’s contribution to the resilience, security and development of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
