Oleksandr Koval

A Senior Inspector of the Internal Security Subdepartment.

He was born on 30 December 1975.

Oleksandr worked at Boryspil International Airport for 16 years and received commendations for his work on promoting aviation security of tha airport and improving working conditions. Prior to joining the Airport Aviation Security Department, Oleksandr served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a command position.

Thanks to the skills he acquired in the army, he immediately proved himself as a disciplined, proactive performer, and then as a senior shift inspector.

Colleagues and and his former Head say the following about Oleksandr: ‘He managed to create a real team of associates around him, he had his own approach to each subordinate, pointed out mistakes directly and eliminated them together with his colleagues.’

Oleksandr Koval died on  July 18, 2022, at the age of 46, defending Ukraine in  Donetsk region.
