Procedure for accreditation of vehicles for the period of service flights with Hasidic pilgrims

«Transportation vehicles accreditation conditions for provision of transportation services (in particular buses and microbuses with more than 6 passenger capacity) during the period of Hasidim pilgrimage program» (from 5 to 14 September)

Boryspil International Airport SE provides relevant passes according to the results of the accreditation procedure of transportation vehicles. In case of absence of the pass, authorized Boryspil International Airport SE representatives are empowered to prevent transportation vehicles from parking and passenger un-/loading in the Airport premises.

Accreditation begins 30 days prior and ends 5 days before the Program beginning.

In order to receive accreditation, both private and legal entities shall provide the official letter to Boryspil Airport via the Program organizers or on a standalone basis (via mail and\or e-mail [email protected]). The letter should include bank account details and the relevant application form (download).

Accreditation price per vehicle (of a bus or a microbus with passenger capacity more than 16 seats) for the period of Hasidim pilgrimage program (from 5 to 14 September) granting unlimited entrance\exit amounts to UAH 1200 with VAT.

According to the accreditation process, Boryspil International Airport SE shall, in it`s sole discretion, provide the pass to the transportation company representative for each accredited transportation vehicle by the accreditation deadline.
