Volodymyr Kisil 
A baggage handler.
He was born on April 5, 1980. Volodymyr worked for Boryspil Airport for 19 years.
His colleagues recall: ‘Without exaggeration, he was the most positive person I had the honour to work with. Volodymyr was in love with life and his sincerity and optimism charged each of us. He was a fisherman, a skilled gardener who planted and cultivated about 60 trees in his garden with his own hands. Volodymyr was loved by everyone: passengers, colleague mates and our entire female staff.’
He died on August 12, 2023, at the age of 43 while defending Ukraine in Donetsk region.
