Boryspil Airport’s Code of Ethics sets high professional standards in all areas of activity

The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct for Boryspil Airport Employees has been amended compared to the first version of the document adopted in 2016. Introduced in September 2023, the updated Code of Ethics is more thorough to promote the highest ethical standards in the professional activities of all airport employees. It offers practical tools to effectively reduce risks in making business decisions and solving problems that employees face in the activities of the enterprise.
The updated version of the Code declares the vision of Boryspil International Airport as a high-tech European hub, increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukraine. “The Code contains the principles of our professional activities, which affect not only healthy communication within the company, but also relations with all business partners, passengers, customers. Compliance of each employee with the rules of the Code increases the investment attractiveness of the main airport of Ukraine, corresponds to our strategic goals and reflects the core values of the enterprise regarding the highest standards of business conduct and prevention of corruption. And this applies to every airport employee,” said Oleksiy Dubrevskiyy, CEO of Boryspil International Airport.
The Boryspil Airport Code of Ethics defines the values underlying the company’s activities: ethical business conduct, mutual respect and acceptance of responsibility; rule of law and adherence of high moral standards; development and reputation of the main airport of Ukraine; competence; safety and security that meet all international standards; transparency and customer focus, aimed at the needs and satisfaction of customers, safety and comfort of passengers.
The Code contains clear rules of conduct for employees and covers all areas of the airport’s activities, namely, flight safety and aviation security, environmental responsibility, accounting and reporting, procurement transparency and fair competition, anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, charity, whistleblower culture, reporting about violations, others.
