A segregated security control line for passengers with minors under 6 has been opened at Boryspil Airport

21 June 2021

Boryspil International Airport has arranged comfortable conditions for passengers with children to stay at the airport. In particular, a segregated aviation security checkpoint was launched in June. This is to be used by passengers with children under 6 and passengers with disabilities.

Georgyii Zubko, Deputy Director General of Boryspil International Airport, informed about it, the airport’s press service reports.

“Summer is in full swing, so the “high season” begins in aviation. The number of passengers is constantly growing, and most of them are families with children. This is pretty clear, because parents are now planning a vacation, and it is always a perfect idea to spend the vacation at the seaside. To make passengers feel more comfort and speed up aviation security procedures, we have launched a segregated security control line for passengers with children. It can also be used by passengers with special needs,” Georgii Zubko commented.

Information desk in Terminal D You is the place where passengers can clarify the location of the line.

Also please be reminded that childcare rooms are always available for families with children in Terminal D. The rooms have a changing table, high chairs, cots and comfortable sofas for adults.

Also we would like to remind about the meeting dedicated to the development of inclusive infrastructure of Terminal D which was held at Boryspil Airport, featuring the First Lady Olena Zelenska.
